The moment a customer receives their package is deeply meaningful: it's the instant when all the work carried out finally meets its purpose: the satisfaction and surprise, of the person opening it.

It is also a precious opportunity to create a personal connection: after the physical distance, we are entering their home and we wanted to do so with grace and elegance, and to convey just how much we value the trust they've placed in us. The packaging, therefore, had to reflect the same care and attention with which the garment inside was crafted.

That's why, in 2015, when we began designing our packaging, we turned to a local, family-run company, know for its artisanal skill and long-standing expertise. We were truly pleased with the result: what they created was beautiful and of the highest quality.

This led us to a reflection: in a way, placing our name on the box might have limited its use, diminishing the value of the work carried out, both ours and the company's, in service of the customer over time.

So we chose to remove our logo, giving each person the freedom to use their box however they wish: a timeless conteiner to cherish, reuse, or gift.
